How many days does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 48 hours for us to prepare your order and 5-7 business days for shipping.

What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?
My Joy Mark is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. It is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS or with the shipping courier service that was used. 

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment.
