Return Policy

My Joy Mark accepts exchanges for store credit on regular priced items within 30 days from the date of purchase (no return shipping or handling fees) for all domestic purchases on all products, with the exception of sale items. All sale items are final sale and non-returnable. All return packages must use our pre-paid return shipping label. Your original shipping charges will be excluded from any store credit that is issued. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. 

How to send in your return/exchange
All returns require authorization before returning any item(s), to process your return please email us at hello@myjoymark.com  
You will need to provide buyers first, last name and your order number in email.

CONDITIONS
Item(s) must be unworn and returned in original unused condition, all tags/cards, boxes, and pouches must be included with your return.

PROCESS
Store credit will be processed once your package arrives to us!
My Joy Mark is not responsible for lost or damaged item(s) in transit, must contact the shipping carrier that was used for lost packages.
