 What do I do if I received the wrong item?
Oh NO! First, we would like to apologies about the mix up. Please contact us at hello@myjoymark.com so we could get your item(s) to you right away!

Could I modify or cancel my order
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify any orders that have been placed with us.

What if I forgot to include a discount code?
We are unable to apply discount codes to orders that have already been place.
 

What if I input the wrong address?
If your order has not yet shipped we will do our best to update your order with the correct mailing address. We cannot guarantee your mailing address will be changed to the correct mailing address in time.

What if my package was returned to sender?
If your package was sent back to us for any reason, it will be your responsibility to pay for the package to be sent out again.
